Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician with a background in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assembly and Installation:
• Assemble mechanical, electronic, or electrical components as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Install systems and components at client sites or in-house, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met.
• Testing and Troubleshooting:
• Conduct tests on assembled products to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to mechanical, electronic, or electrical components.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective parts and systems in a timely manner.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all assembly, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Report any issues or improvements needed in the assembly or testing process to the engineering team.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all environmental and safety protocols during the course of work.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with relevant training and strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electronic, or electrical tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to report on technical issues and progress.
