Mechanical/Electrical Developer

Sound knowledge of AIS/ GIS switchgear
Working knowledge of IEC standards and type testing of switchgear.
Responsible for R &D project management, agile approach, and methodology.
Responsible for driving the end to end development of switchgear (ex: AIS , GIS Switchgear Panels, CB etc.) & solving complex problems which need a deeper understanding of the product/solution either individually &/or by anchoring up to teams & fulfilling activities to complete.
Manufacturing knowledge (casting, machining, forging, welding, bending, injection molding etc.)
Knowledge of material and its standards (ISO, DIN, IS).
Knowledge on product change management process.
Ability to work in a global environment.
Innovative & creative thinking ability.

This role is based in Kalwa/Goa.
B.E./MTech. (Mechanical/Electrical)
5 to 12 years’ experience in the fields of MV/HV switchgear.
