What Division will I be working in?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Location
Rugby area - reports to A5, Unit 11, Europark, Watling Cres, Rugby CV23 0AL
• £750 payable in first months’ pay and £750 payable after successful completion of 90-day probation review. subject to tax and NI deductions
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles
• Working with top brands like Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford
• Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
• Prepare vehicles for MOT
• Mobile role with flexibility to work in the workshop when required
• Collaborating with a skilled, friendly team
What We’re Looking For:
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Experience working with HGVs or LCVs
• A Full UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE (formerly Class 1 or 2) Manual Driving Licence
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Mobile Mechanic
Responsibilities:
• Undertake routine vehicle servicing and maintenance as required
• Fault diagnosing
• Strip, fit and replace any defective vehicle components
• Prepare for MOT testing
• Complete job cards and ensure they are returned weekly
• Liaise with stores to enable efficient stock management and parts ordering
• Identify and advise if additional work needs to be undertaken by external companies.
• Communicate with operation managers to book in vehicles for services.
• Complete Service Lists efficiently
• To diagnose faults, service and maintain the fleet of vehicles as required
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
• 3 years minimum working within LGV mechanics
