Media Operations Executive
Axiom Media is a unique independent sales organisation providing UK, European and global sales and commercial strategy solutions to television, digital, production and technology partners operating in the media space. We currently represent more than 20 TV channels based both nationwide and abroad.
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual has arisen to join the growing operations team, where you will be at the heart of Axiom, focusing on servicing client requirements and driving value for broadcasters.
We are looking for an Operations Executive to join the team who can deliver high levels of service to our clients. The ability to multitask and ensuring work is delivered accurately is a must, along with strong time management skills and a good team work ethic.
You will be the day to day contact for our clients, working collaboratively with internal and external parties, to ensure all parts of ad operations process is delivered and launched successfully, with impeccable customer service being at the core of your working practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day TV ad sales operations for Broadcasters.
Delivering transmission schedules to broadcasters in adherence to the broadcasting compliance codes, liaising with creative agencies for accurate and timely delivery of TV commercials in line with deadlines.
Ability to react quickly and efficiently to last minute schedule modifications.
Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to broadcasting clients.
Creation and management of TV advertising airtime schedules to maximise revenue whilst monitoring the advertiser’s campaign requirements.
Establishment of good working relationships with media agencies to successfully service their campaign requirements and share commercial opportunities.
Constant internal communications, particularly with sales and account teams to highlight revenue opportunities.
Your Skills:
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and good attention to detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong ability to work independently, whilst still maintain a strong group work ethic.
Capacity to work with large volumes of data and ability to prioritise workloads.
