Role: Media Buyer - On Site

Location: Jaipur

Minimum Experience - 2 to 5 years

Salary: Upto 8LPA

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns to drive traffic and boost conversions for e-commerce clients.
• Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure delivery of strong ROI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
• Stay current with latest advertising updates, tools, and trends, applying best practices proactively.
• Oversee ad spend, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost-effective results.
• Research competitor strategies and market trends to refine targeting and messaging.
• Present detailed performance reports and insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through new campaign ideas and strategic experimentation.
• Partner with creative and product teams to develop compelling, high-converting ad content.

Ideal Candidate Traits:
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically for e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling Facebook campaigns with measurable success.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities—comfortable working with performance metrics.
• Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail—able to spot and correct even the smallest inconsistencies.
• Passionate about digital marketing trends and eager to adopt new strategies and tools.
