Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous editor to oversee the accumulation and management of entries and data received during the application process for our viewing room and Work-In-Progress Labs. This individual will be responsible for corresponding with filmmakers and applicants, assisting editing mentors and participants during Film Bazaar, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Job Overview
The selected candidate will be part of an organization dedicated to promoting excellence in cinema by planning, promoting, and organizing an integrated development of the Indian film industry. With over 300 films funded or produced, we aim to foster growth and encourage good cinema movement.
• Accumulate and manage entries and data received during the course of the application process for the viewing room & Work-In-Progress Labs.
• Correspond with Filmmakers/applicants regarding their applications.
• Assist Editing Mentors and participants of the WIP Lab during the days of Film Bazaar.
Requirements
Must have a Graduate degree in Mass Communication.
Training in using Editing Software is mandatory.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
