Introduction

Schedule and plan weekly meetings and agendas for events and meet with other departments onregular basis
Update weekly and monthly event status reports with management
Oversee budgets and invoice processing with vendors
Attend all pre
event planning meetings and be responsible for resource scheduling

Maintain good communication channels with clients

including identification of incidents and problems and ensuring these are rectified prior to future events
Formulate virtual and
or hybrid solutions for Events and Roadshows as requiredProblem solve with clients

Analyse feedback from clients pre
or post
event
Coordination with branding team to ensure the company
s brand is appropriately represented atevents
Oversee or attend offsite support requests for ExCo and BoardEvolve the service to include in
person
virtual and hybrid eventsConsult on projects relating to Events spacesAttend site surveys and productions daysArrange any dry
hire requirements as part of events planning
Coordinate with external production companies and host sitesWork with Barclays Networks teams to monitor impact of virtual events on the infrastructureOversee preferred vendor relationships
Be fully conversant with H
S and First Aid procedures
Support and train others within the company to ensure procedural knowledge is passed to all members of your teamBe proactive in suggesting new methods and techniques to improve efficiency
