Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented social media manager to administer our social media accounts.
The incumbent will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing
posts, and responding to followers. Manage the company image in a cohesive way to
achieve marketing goals for India and US markets.
The key deliverables will be to drive engagement, awareness, and in coordination with
stakeholders and with the help of in-house designers.
The person will report to the Head -of Marcomm
Job Responsibilities
- Managing posting & optimization on Company & Director Social Media a/c’s.
(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Glassdoor, Quora, others).
- BE the custodian for the company’s website and analyse the performance and
recommend changes required in terms of content and user experience.
- Administer Google my business a/c & closely monitors ratings & reviews.
- Increasing social media engagement across platforms.
- Analysing trends and competitor performance.
- Experience in forming effective paid search strategies, keyword selection, and
audience targeting.
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues, and create reports (e.g.,
dashboards).
- Contribute to the implementation of brand strategy for the team.
- Support in creating written (blogs) and visual content (videos) across social media
platforms (mentioned above) & company website.
- Keeping up to date with market trends.
Basic Requirements
- Proven experience in PPC campaigns, data analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently.
- Support the team with multiple marketing activities
