Job Description
Pinnacle living is seeking a Media Logistics Coordinator to coordinate event logistics, assist with pre-production and on-site execution, and provide administrative support to the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate event logistics including load in schedules and onsite staffing
Support broadcast producers in development of content and production plans
Assist with pre-production and on-site execution (experiential, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics, post production)
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production
On-site event operations / experiential
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure
Desirable Skills:
Broadcast production knowledge is a plus (pre-production to post-production)
Hourly Pay Range: $40-$50
