Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Marketing Manager located in Delhi. The Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as planning and organising events across the world, building social calendars and managing guestlist. They will also manage social media platforms, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns by heading our internal team of 30 plus people. Qualifications • Event planning and organization experience • Creating brand awareness through promoting on different channels and sites. • Managing the guestlist of coaches, investors, influencers and customers. • Working with leadership, angel partners and ambassadors to improve the programs and drive innovation with creative team • Be actively involved in the podcast building with key contacts across the world • Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in social media optimization (SMO) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices • Experience in the dating or relationship industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
