About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Media & PR Executive to join our growing Marketing team and help take our PR and media strategies to the next level. In this full-time role, you will lead the development and execution of public relations strategies, earned and paid media campaigns, and influencer marketing for our luxury fragrance portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to work across globally recognised fragrance brands while being part of a close-knit and entrepreneurial team.
Reporting to the Business & Marketing Director ANZ, you will;
Develop and lead integrated PR and influencer strategies for the ANZ region
Execute brand campaigns across media outlets and manage media planning (paid, owned, earned)
Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs to amplify brand storytelling
Deliver compelling content and assets, including press releases, media kits, and influencer briefs
Oversee the creation of social-ready content using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
Execute impactful PR mailers and industry events
Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and the Marketing Director on strategic campaign planning
Track campaign KPIs and provide post-campaign reporting and insights
Contribute to significant cost efficiencies by reducing reliance on external media and influencer agencies
About You
You’re a natural storyteller and connector, with a passion for beauty and a sharp understanding of media and digital trends. You have the experience to back your ideas and the drive to execute them flawlessly.
You will also bring:
3–4+ years experience in PR, Media, Influencer or Marketing roles (luxury or beauty a plus)
Proven success in managing influencer campaigns and media relationships
Strong writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills
An eye for content creation and basic design (Canva, Photoshop or editing software)
Experience running and growing social media channels
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and love of all things beauty and fragrance
