Key Responsibilities
• Support production managers with pre-production planning and on-site coordination to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare, set up, and break down all necessary equipment and materials for shoots or events.
• Manage essential administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and supply inventory.
• Assist in coordinating crew members and liaising with external vendors.
• Make certain that all logistics and materials are ready for shoots or live events.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment on set.
• Handle pickups, deliveries, and perform various production errands as needed.
• Act as a communication bridge for talent and crew during production days, ensuring everyone is informed and supported.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in production, media, or event support roles is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are vital.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work long hours as needed.
• Comfortable working in both studio and outdoor environments.
• A valid driver's license is a plus.
