Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Create or assist with presentations in the meeting/interview specifying our strategic plan, with media, partner organizations, and individual supporters
• Research and promote to media outlets, supporters, and partners
• Handle outgoing email newsletter communication to develop and implement an effective PR and communications strategy in line with our strategic plan, internally and externally
• Collaborate with the internal team and maintain open communication with the senior management
• Reply and send emails to the donors, guests, and supporters, and forward it
to respective departments
• Share daily/weekly reports and the status of the allocated event to concerned departments (internal) and to the donors, supporters, and partner organizations
• Work closely with the social media marketing team on the marketing and promotion of the event and create a proper plan and road map for the event day
• Co-manage and be the main point of contact with all aspects of communication activities with survivors
• Maintain internal relationships with survivors and assist them with any challenges, inquiries, and benefits covered under the organization's policy
• Conduct a final call to ensure everything adheres to the standards
