Job Description
Pay: Based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with direct supervisors and business unit managers.
Produce 3-4 complete video projects per week.
Produce 5-6 complete digital graphics/signage per week.
This team is responsible for set up and take down of all external marketing events and you will be responsible for marketing events, conventions and shows that Pilot participates in. This may include setting up booths, marketing materials, and show materials. This may involve driving long distances to these events carrying the materials necessary for setup.
Ability to follow directions with the understanding that changes and/or revisions are assured and guaranteed.
Ability to quickly and clearly direct and/or produce revisions under pressure and within a limited amount of time.
Internal and external coordination with all who are involved in projects.
Openness to change quickly as department media strategy and client demands dictate.
Monitoring inventory and testing the functionality of studio equipment is a weekly task and other tasks are assigned.
Additional tasks as assigned may include studio equipment and space maintenance, loading equipment and supplies for events and setting up video shoots.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 – years’ multi-media experience in a professional, fast paced environment (or equivalent education). Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, solve problems and projects under deadline pressure.
College degree in multi-media, visual communications and/or media specialists preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate directly with team members and clients as well as effectively communicate independently with proficient writing skills.
Intermediate to advanced editing skills. Compositing, keying, intermediate to advance graphic skills.
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with Adobe’s Creative Cloud software (Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Social Media, 3D C4D (Cinema 4D), script writing, and camera operation as well as online broadcasts using Tricaster, audio sweetening, graphic design (posters, banners, etc.) required (or equivalent education).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Current, valid Texas “C” drivers license.
Ability to travel, 10%-20% annually.
