We're looking for an Digital Head to lead the full engine of Mediagarh from managing teams and departments to ensuring client delivery, process excellence, and operational growth. This is a leadership role to help scale one of Indias top education marketing agencies.

- Achieve 95%+ on-time campaign delivery
- Maintain 9/10+ client satisfaction scores
- Lead cross-functional execution of all projects
- Optimize operations with tools, SOPs, and workflow systems
- Conduct reviews and ensure team productivity and training
- Drive 90%+ client retention through operational excellence
Requirements:
- 8-12 years in operations/project management in a digital marketing agency
- Education marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Familiar with tools like Asana, Trello, CRMs/ERPs
- Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile preferred
- Age: 30-45 years
