Wintec Health Services is seeking an experienced medical administrator/receptionist who is reliable, strives for perfection, and with exceptional customer service skills to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

This part-time role offers variety with supporting our clinical and counselling teams in taking the best care of our patients.

As a team player with strong organisational and time management skills, you will be adaptable, open to change and able to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
The following skills and attributes are preferred but not essential as training will be provided:
Experience within a health care setting (ideally Primary care, but other comparable or adjacent industry experience will be considered)
Experience with Medtech general practice PMS systems
High standard for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and solutions focus
