```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, attaching and readcoding documents, referrals, prescriptions, registrations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staff
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and manage paperwork
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
