Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
Conduct body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions to meet clients’ aesthetic goals.
Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, cosmetics, and tools that complement treatments; actively upsell to maximize client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized after each use.
Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
Assist at the front desk by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required
Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser therapies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions.
Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
Ability to perform sanitation protocols meticulously to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling products based on individual client needs.
Skills in social media management for promoting services and engaging with the community online.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed in a fast-paced setting.
