Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care, while delivering outstanding guest services. This role involves engaging with clients in a professional manner, offering product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. A strong focus on sanitation, communication skills, and customer service is essential to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and professionalism
Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas according to health regulations
Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and suggest retail sales to enhance their experience
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries efficiently
Engage in retail sales by upselling treatments and products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that promotes hospitality and guest comfort
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role with skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Ability to perform multiple treatments while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills for explaining procedures and product benefits clearly
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos is highly desirable
Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
Certification or licensing as an Aesthetician required where applicable
