An experienced Medical Aesthetician who is:

Passionate about corrective skincare and loves transforming skin through custom facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and more
Confident and skilled with laser hair removal (Soprano Ice Platinum experience is a bonus!)
Excellent at building relationships, recommending home care and services, and delivering real results.
Striving to deliver a 10/10 experience.
Social media savvy or at least comfortable being filmed or photographed while working
Professional, driven, and committed to learning and evolving with the industry

✨ Must-Have Qualifications:

Aesthetics or Medical Aesthetics diploma
Experience with laser hair removal (Soprano Ice Platinum an asset)
Experience with facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydra/microdermabrasion, microneedling, IPL
Strong knowledge of skin, skin concerns, and medical-grade skincare
Confident in recommending retail, memberships, and treatment packages
High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
Exceptional communication, client care, and time management skills
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and industry developments
A passion and love for the industry
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Being warm, welcoming, punctual and hardworking
Consulting clients and creating personalized treatment plans
Exceptional customer care and building rapport
Maintaining rapport with clients & ensure pre booking of next appointment
Performing advanced skin treatments and laser hair removal
Maintain client notes & photodocumentation
Excellent customer service & oral communication
Provide detailed information to clients regarding their specific treatments, pre and post care, and recommended skincare routine
Educate clients on proper aftercare and make product recommendations.
Actively promote retail, packages, other salon services, monthly promos, etc
Upholding cleanliness, organization, and clinic protocols at all times
Supporting front desk duties as needed
Work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service for all clients
Create instagram/tiktok content during your downtime, as well as other duties you may be given from time to time
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour
