Job Description
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Settlers Ridge Care Center, you will administer oral and topical medications to residents as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will also observe for and report any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of medication administration and management principles. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with residents, staff, and physicians.
