About the Role
This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you can utilize your strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning
Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
An Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
