We are seeking a dedicated OB Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in South Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant along with exceptional bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Conduct patient intake, including medical history and vital signs
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Educate patients about prenatal care, reproductive health, and postnatal care
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
