• Review and summarize medical records and bills consistent per client specifications
• Analyze data and information of the medical/clinical records.
• Able to prepare demands, medical summaries, billing summaries
• Must have knowledge of ICD codes, medical billing terms
• Review and interpret large quantities of information into a concise format assembling all necessary information accurately
• Review typed and/or handwritten medical treatment records and decipher in a streamlined manner targeting specific information
• Identify and categorize the information displayed in paragraphs into specified sections defined by the process and procedures
• Document the exact record and page for end user to quickly locate the original record
• Prepare a document of all medical records received and reviewed in an effective and efficient manner
• Medical Graduate/Doctor (Physiotherapist / Homeopathy / Unani / Ayurveda/Alternative Medicine), Dentist
• Preferred additional business/corporate work experience beyond patient care
• US Insurance Industry work experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of US Culture/ US Healthcare System/ US Legal System
• Familiarity with US Medical Terminology
Responsibilities and Duties
• Analyzing and understanding of medical reports with compilation into a document to create a medical review.
• To draft a case in a chronological order that includes patient's history, disease process, assessment and intervention.
• Prepare medical expense summary
• Identify medical standards of care.
Key Skills
• Good understanding of medical terminologies Excellent command over English, including good comprehension and grammar skills.
• Meticulous approach to the work and an eye for detail.
• Positive attitude towards working Computer Knowledge & typing speed will be an addon.
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Qualification: PT, MPT, BDS, MBBS, BHMS, B. Pharma, M. Pharma, Graduation in Bio Technology, Clinical Research, Microbiology
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: INR 15,000-35,000 per month (depending on relevant exp.)
