Looking for candidate for Medical and Dental Billing for Ahmedabad Location:-
Job experience: - 1 Year in Medical or Dental Billing
Job Timing:- 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (On-Site)
5 days working
• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
• Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
• Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues
• Verify the credentials of health care professionals
• Responsible for calling various insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
• Good knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Must have experience in Eligibility Verification
• Expert in denial management or handling denials.
• Able to bring payments in
• Experience of 1 year in AR Calling in any Healthcare BPO (Voice Process)
• Experience of International Calling
• Good computer knowledge
