About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team at BEANbite Dental Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing billing operations and ensuring seamless insurance processing for dental services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the billing process for all dental services.
Handle insurance portals and client software to process billing and insurance claims.
Verify dental policy benefits and follow up on outstanding claims.
Interpret insurance guidelines and their impact on coverage.
Accurately document benefit information using the required templates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Science (preferably in Pharmacy, Biomedical, BDS, MSc, Microbiology, etc.).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental billing procedures and insurance processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
