About the Role:
• Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and Pharmacy Stores to increase access to products and drive sales growth.
• Utilize market intelligence and strategic inputs to position brands and drive market share.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels at the distributor level to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and SOPs for internal and external business activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with territory performance and company strategic objectives.
