Tandym Health is seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician Assistant to join their team in one of their outpatient facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, patient population management, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Population: All ages
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
Primary Care experience with emphasis on setting, patient population and schedule
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare degree
NYS licensed Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
