About the role
Support delivery of the Fellowship Support Program by managing education activities, contributing to assessment and remediation processes, developing and maintaining learning resources, and supporting registrar progression. Reports to the FSP Senior Medical Educator and works across GP Training teams and external practices.
As our Medical Educator FSP, you'll also:
Deliver Fellowship Support Program (FSP) education activities, including module development, resource updates and registrar support.
Contribute to assessment processes, including Workplace-Based Assessment (WBA), progress monitoring and assessor training.
Mentor and support registrars, including learning plans, group education and Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) debriefing.
Support remediation, accreditation activities and continuous improvement of training programs in collaboration with GP Training stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
RACGP Fellow with specialist GP registration
Strong experience in GP medical education
Skilled in WBA, MSF & registrar support
Excellent communication & tech confidence
