Duties
Provide a variety of esthetic services.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and enhance their overall experience.
Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming environment that reflects hospitality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
