Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion: Promote and explain the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry to establish trust and credibility.
3. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest medical and pharmaceutical developments, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company through effective sales techniques and strategies.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their applications, side effects, and dosage.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for periodic reporting to management.
8. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned sales territory to maximize sales potential and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information quickly.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
