Job Description
Competencies and Skills Required: A medico insurance professional who has a sound medical and insurance regulations knowledge. Must be well versed with the current medical management protocols. Should have strong Communication skills, conviction to get things done, an extremely good team player who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and has a complete understanding of the health insurance, personal accident and other benefit claims domain. Must have a strong analytical mind, problem solving attitude & must have a quality of building and managing teams. Having a sales mindset to explain the benefits of health insurance to the customers, clarify their doubts and be able to pitch the right product for them Calling the customers and performing Tele MER to assess the medical condition of the customers. Ask detailed questions and capture all relevant points wrt customer health to help the underwriting team decide on issuing or rejecting the proposal for policy issuance Clarify any questions with respect medical check ups and any other queries that the customer may have wrt the purchase journey Coordination with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis to understand the pain points and provide immediate effective resolution Ensure standardization of medical decisions across the team. Ensure legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as IRDA regulations. Maintains quality customer services by following customer service practices; responding to customer inquiries. Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Excellent communication - English and Hindi (additional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, Telegu, kannada good to have but not must have
