Job Description: Healthcare Scheduling Specialist (US Shift)
Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist for our healthcare agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless placement of qualified healthcare professionals into various healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shifts, maintaining accurate records, fostering positive relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to solving staffing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule healthcare professionals for shifts based on client needs and employee availability.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including healthcare industry standards and labour laws.
Problem Solving: Address staffing challenges proactively, finding creative solutions to meet client needs and maintain high levels of service.
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, hospital, or scheduling roles (required).
Previous experience in staff scheduling or coordination is preferred.
Committed to providing a high level of service delivery to clients and candidates.
BSC Nursing qualification will be an advantage for candidates applying for this role.

IST: 8 PM – 4:30 AM (1st week of November to 2nd week of March)
IST: 7 PM – 3:30 AM (2nd week of March to 1st week of November)
Monday to Friday
