Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel and representation in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law in Medical Malpractice and/or Healthcare Litigation.
• Strong litigation skills in resolving complex disputes.
