Job Description
Responsibilities:
• In this position must be able to multitask and time manage
• Greeting patients
• Answering multiline phones
• Obtaining appropriate information for scheduling appointments
• Data entry for incoming faxes and scans using an EMR system
• Assisting medical practitioners as needed and can follow directions given by clinic manager
Desired qualification includes:
• Accredited Medical Office Assistant Certificate
• (0-1) year experience in medical office environment
• Communication and customer relation skills would be considered an asset
• Experience using an EMR System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Team oriented
• Vaccinations must be up to date
Part Time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
