What You’ll Do:
Schedule patient appointments and manage bookings
Answer and triage patient calls with professionalism
Check in patients, ensuring a smooth registration process and confidentiality
Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients, stocking supplies as needed
Explain test preparations and procedures to patients when necessary
Process billing and handle patient payments accurately
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented multitasker who can handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus
Tech-savvy individual comfortable with office technology and quick to learn new systems
Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team player who works well with others in a collaborative environment
Willingness to learn the operations of a Primary Care office
