Location: Calgary (Kensington / Westmont / Parkdale / University)
A busy twelve doctor medical clinic has an immediate full-time opening. The MOA plays a key role in the organization and flow of clinic operations.

Responsibilities include managing physician calendar, booking appointments, patient communication, assisting physician and general medical office duties. This position will require travel between our St. Albert and Morinville clinics.

Responsibilities include:

Patient Scheduling/Registering Patients
Answering and addressing phone calls
Intake patients to exam rooms
Scanning/Filing
Medical Office Assistant

Experience of 1-2 years required
Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and safely.
Diploma in Medical Office Assistant an asset
Must be dependable, ready, willing and capable of working
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
