Job Description
· Answering Phone Calls: Handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and relaying messages.
· Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Managing patient schedules, sending reminders, and confirming appointments.
· Patient Information and Records: Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and contact details.
· Assisting with Patient Forms: Helping patients complete necessary forms and documents, such as medical history forms and insurance paperwork.
· Patient Communication: Communicating effectively with patients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
· Escorting Patients: Guiding patients to examination rooms or other areas within the facility.
· Clean Environment: Prepare and tidy examination rooms in between patients
· Organizing files and documents: Ensuring that office supplies are ordered and replenished
· Daily measurements and assessments: Assisting with measurements like vital signs and other indices required for proper patient care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
