Job Description
- Will serve as the primary resource for the rotating ICU residents and serve as the care plan's coordinator.
- Will oversee and train the rotating ICU residents, making sure that the right procedures are always used. - Discuss all consultations, newly admitted patients, and significant alterations in a patient's status with the ICU attending physician.
- While on call, will take part in or lead morning rounds, afternoon handover rounds, and, if necessary, an evening round on all patients.
- Will see to it that each patient's treatment plan is understood by the residents and nurses, that the proper orders are issued, and that family members, attending physicians, and consultants are kept up to date on the patient's health and progress. Support is provided to patients for airway and hemodynamic instability (hypertension/hypotension).
Work Experience
UG: Any Specialisation of MBBS
PG: Medical-MS/MD in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases/Pulmonary Medicine, Neuro Anaesthesia, Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine, Cardiac Anaesthesia
No need for a doctoral degree
