Our Medical Imaging team based on Bribie Island are on the lookout for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.
As a casual team member you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception team. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.
This position supports our 2 clinic’s on Bribie Island. Working hours will be across 7.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, as this is a Casual support role there are no set days for this postion.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
