Job Description
Our Medical Imaging team based on Burpengary are on the lookout for 2 Casual Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.
As a casual team member you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception team. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.
Working hours will be across 8.30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, as this is a Casual support role there are no set days for this postion.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
Make radiology exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
