Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records with high attention to detail.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, patient-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with medical software (knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of Best Practice software or other medical practice management software is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
