Are you ready to be the heartbeat of our patient experience? At I-MED, we're seeking passionate individuals to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless healthcare journeys for our patients. If you thrive on making a positive impact and enjoy both in-person interactions and phone support, this position is tailor-made for you.
Join our expanding team at Box Hill as a full-time medical receptionist, with rotating shifts between 6am and 6pm, but on occasion may be required to work until 10pm. We're thrilled to be growing and looking for dedicated individuals to be part of our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
Key Qualifications:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
