Ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient patient coordination and front desk management.
Maintaining high-quality patient care with effective communication and support.
Contributing to the practice’s success by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role, ideally within a cardiology practice.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
A keen eye for detail, proficiency in medical billing, invoicing, and using medical software.
A compassionate, professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive atmosphere.
We would also love you to have:
Strong interpersonal skills to nurture positive connections with patients.

Experience with health track software or similar medical applications.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality regulations.
