Job Description
An ideal opportunity exists for a medical receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoys working with a fun, supportive and friendly team. Experience preferred but not essential
Position Duties:
Managing patient bookings
Meeting and greeting patients and handling patient inquiries
Answering telephones
Medicare/DVA/Workcover and private billing
Scanning and faxing documents
Accounts
Provide administrative support to the Doctors and Nurses
File transfers and Medical Reports
General administration tasks required
Essential Criteria:
Administrative background
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Outstanding customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility, reliability and availability to cover sick/annual leave shifts
Available to work weekends on a rostered basis
