MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for an immediate start with one of our clients based in Mosman Park. This is a temp to perm opportunity so requires someone with full, unrestricted working rights (Permanent resident or Citizen)
MEDICAL RECEPTION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
Location: Mosman Park (Possibility of some days from their Karrinyup site required to cover leave)
Hours: Between 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: $35 - $37ph + super depending on relevant experience
Parking: Free onsite parking
The Role
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include
Greeting & registration of Clients
Managing and booking appointments for Clients
Assisting with Patient and Doctors Enquiries
Billing and invoicing functions
Triaging incoming referrals and emails.
Maintaining patient confidentiality
Accepting payments for consultations/operations and billing through Medicare and Private Health Funds
Experience Required
Minimum 2 year medical reception experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to Clients, staff, practitioners and health care professionals
Ability to pick up computer systems quickly and effectively
Exceptional multitasking, organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
Must be reliable and flexible.
Excellent computer, written and verbal skills.
High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
High standard of presentation.
