Role Description
This is a part-time 1-2 days per week, on-site Medical Receptionist role at Moonee Valley Specialist Centre in Melbourne, VIC. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and medical terminology tasks.
Qualifications
Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
Proficiency in Medical Terminology
Experience in Medical Office operations
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Gastroenterological and Related Health Care is a plus
Previous experience in a medical receptionist role is advantageous
