We are a therapist-owned and operated practice working predominantly in the Paediatric and Disability sectors, with a strong focus on supporting mental health across the lifespan. The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, motivated, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our energetic team in a full-time role. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is primarily based at our Oran Park clinic, with occasional support needed at our Glenmore Park location (with notice).

What You'll Be Doing

Opening and closing the clinic as required

Greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally

Managing a busy phone line with prompt and courteous communication

Booking and coordinating client appointments

Handling payments, following up on invoices, and managing billing queries

Uploading and managing client documents in our practice management system

Maintaining accurate client records and registrations

Liaising with referrers and other professionals

Supporting the broader admin and clinical teams

Running occasional errands to support clinic operations

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised with a strong attention to detail

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Confident multitasker who can work independently and within a team

Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Proactive and takes pride in their work

Preferred Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical or Allied Health administration

Familiarity with the NDIS and its administrative processes

Experience using Halaxy or other practice management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
