The Opportunity:
As a Medical Receptionist - Patient Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a critical role in their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring their safety, confidentiality, and comfort.
Appointments & Administration: Manage patient arrivals, schedule clinical appointments, handle accounts, and process Medicare batching.
Communication: Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage booking requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team, supporting a seamless and efficient operation.
