Job Description
The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with + hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm. Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight!
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.

Exceptional Communicator - Clear and professional verbal and written skills are a must.
Master Multitasker - Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.
